This is my second backpacking bag I've bought - first one with an internal frame. I went on a road trip out to Wyoming with some friends and hiked through Teton-Bridger national forest (very fitting hehe) with it. A great pack that will fit all your necessities in it. The loops on the outside make it very easy to attach external attachments with a carabiner or paracord. The fit was comfortable and made maneuvering easy. The outside pockets made things like my rain cover, first aid kit, and light sources very easy to reach. Once we got above the tree-line we were hiking through waist-deep snow for about 1. 5 miles before we reached a lake where we set up camp. At one point we had to make our way around a catwalk about a foot wide and I still felt very comfortable with such a heavy load on my back. PROS: Great for heavy duty camping. Can load up a heavy load and take a beating - the material and zippers are high quality and very durable. I would say this is larger than 4000 cu. in. or 65L, felt like a 70L. The dual drawline makes sure everything is in snug and will be covered by the top cover. CONS: Heavy. This is good for a few days but no long-term hikes. Also hiking through the snow became difficult when I kept falling through due to the weight of the pack. The large size encourages you to overpack, so if you're trying to go for a sub-40lb pack be careful packing it. Before re-packing I was about to go off with a 50lb pack. FINAL RECOMMENDATION: This is a great winter camping pack! The thick material is durable and waterproof for dry branches trying to cut into it and nothing inside will get wet - especially with the rainfly provided. Lots of space for big bulky winter camping stuff and plenty of attachment loops on the outside for ice axe/snow shoes/winter gear. Even the pictures show the guy hiking in the snow! If you're anticipating snow or are planning to pack bulky items, this is a great bag.
More effective when paired with other abs & exercises. Abs were burning after the first day. I saw results by the 2nd week. Definitely works with consistent usage.
Good addition to my gear. Got this reel for when Im fishing for the smaller fish while on my kayak, very smooth, casts very nice.
I'm probably going to get a pull up bar to accompany them. Used them for the first time today and was very impressed by the versatility of these bands. Been stuck inside due to the pandemic and these are probably the cheapest option for a home gym experience.
These are great shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and walking in the pool on concrete is painful. This shoe offers enough padding to eliminate the pain. I am enjoying the pool again.
