Cheap quality! Damaged En Route

I am having to work with JChlw to receive a replacement before I am able to utilize it. :(. This purse was what I was expecting! I’m just a little disappointed as it was damaged en route and the tote seems to have been pierced through the package by a box cutter cutting straight through the bag material.
