The ONLY downside is that they are one size and since I am very petite so my band falls down unless i have my legs apart but I knew that from the beginning so I still give it 5 stars. The material is so good, even though the bands fit a bit big if I have my legs apart while working out they won’t slip down which is great! It doesn’t roll up, the resistance is great. I wish they fit me tighter so I could actually feel the resistance more but I’m so petite I don’t think I’m ever going to find some that fit me perfect so for now these will do just fine!. I really really like these bands, the material is great.
