Would recommend this to anyone with ankle problems. I sprained my ankle and was told by the doc to get a good brace to wear for the few weeks. Didn't find anything at the local CVS/Walgreens so I looked on JChlw and came across this one. Got it based the reviews and glad I did. It provided great support with the way you wrap the straps around the bottom of your foot. That's exactly the support I needed. One tip - don't wrap the top too tight. The first time I put it on, I wrapped it too tight and when I took it off I had cut off circulation and was swollen, like DVT. Luckily it went away within an hour. After that, I made sure it wasn't too tight and never had the problem again.
