We now travel around the US in a converted van and this backpack comes in handy for hiking and biking.
It did make my back feel better while I played with my kids and lifted things. I love it. Great product. I'm way fatter than the guy in the photo and I thought if I put it on my long lost six pack would climb out of it's hiding place and once again display itself. To my surprise this did not happen.
I have used the hydration belt both when I have been running and biking. Fortunately I have a smaller phone to use when I am running or biking. It is comfortable, and does not interfere with activity. It is very tight. The water bottles are great to use to keep hydrated on hot days. I have used the belt quite often and have had no problems. The only drawback. is that my I phone 6 plus does not fit in the pouch comfortably with ear buds plugged into it. I knew that this was a potential problem when I purchased the belt. Using wireless ear buds would help, even though it would still be a tight squeeze. and I still gave it 5 stars. It has been a lifesaver!. .
