They provide the proper amount of padding for comfort and a no slip surface while working on those wet floors. I like scrubbing the floors on my hands and knees, unfortunately being in my late 60s doesn't allow that to be a comfortable project. I strongly recommend these knee pads for anyone who works on their knees. These knee pads allow me to continue working on the floors without having to get up and down.
