I use it almost every day and travel with it all the time. I learned about The Stick from my gym. It's a little long so if you're traveling with only carry-on luggage, make sure to check the measurements to verify it will fit. It's greatly helped me recover from hard workouts by allowing me to roll out sore/tight spots. They have several of them and I started using them along with a foam roller. I'm absolutely in love with The Stick.

The bag seems durable with no quality issues, and is everything the other bag wasn’t. I’m using this for an emergency bag, so I can’t comment on how it would be for carrying long periods of time.
