Just don't leave it in place too long or you might wind up inside the device!. I've used it a few times, and it's pretty dang powerful! It sucks a lot of gunk out of my pores. One improvement might be to include a smaller tip for suctioning near the crease of the nose, but it's still a great product. Afterwards it leaves me with a sense of having a very clean face.
