These knee pads are amazing, I had water on the knee, have no idea how I was unlucky enough to have this condition, it's horrible, and I'm not a carpet fitter or anything! I was, however doing yoga quite frequently and perhaps all the kneeling poses caused it BUT I thought hey why not wear knee pads during yoga for this very reason. These are really great, they are super comfortable and really padded, you could actually kneel on concrete and your knees would feel all cozy with no pressure at all.
