I am usually a 42-44 C so I ordered the 3x and they work well. The pink is super bright. The turquoise is much lighter than the picture. It is more like a mint green. They are probably not great for high impact but fantastic for daily wear and low impact. Mostly what I love about them is that they give great, comfortable support without a uniboob. They do lift and separate a little better with the pads. I have never worn pads before, but I just wash these inside the bra then take them out to air dry. They are easy to take out and put back in. The bras do shrink just barely but go back to a comfortable size on the first wear after washing. I never dry my bras so I can't speak to how they would fit/hold up with machine drying.
