With the water bladder pretty full (I'm day hiking not living in the wild), I can still fit one change of clothing for my kids, two pairs of socks, 3 granola bars, a baggie of mixed nuts, a small first aid kit, two small spiral nature journals, a small watercolors set, pens and pencils, lip balm, small sunscreen, and a couple of grocery bags to pick up trash. And I could probably stuff some more in there but that's all we need for now. I love this bag. Easy to access water. I haven't had any issues refilling the water, getting water out, drying it, cleaning it, etc. I do wash it each time and stuff it with dry paper towels? until it's fully dry. I've been using it almost a year now. I was worried about how much I could fit in since some were complaining about the size.
That may be a good thing though because after starting with it 3 times a week for 2 weeks now, I can do 3 sets of 15 of it as part of my total work out. So at his point I don't need or want any added resistance to cheat me of a good workout. It works very well and I've seen more definition in my upper abs then I've ever been able to before. Some have complained on the inner coil of it having problems and I do have to admit it feels a little unsure, but has worked fine for me and my 185 lbs. I totally recommend. These knee pads are great! They fit perfect for me, I'm an athletic 5'9/175lbs build and ordered S/M. I used them for extreme paintball matches where there is high reason to protect the knees during diving, crouching, crawling and slamming yourself into the ground. These pads allowed for peace of mind that my knees would be safe, and allowed for total mobility while running and squatting. I never had to worry about pulling them up or readjusting either, they exceeded my expectations. Great product. Shipped quick with no problems.
Note there is not a drawstring at the waist, just elastic (not gripper) - I use suspenders, so can't say if the elastic would be enough on its own. The "Asia XXL=US X-Large" size is good with my 38" waist. They stayed quite comfortable in 82 degrees F and 76% humidity. The gel cushioning is in smaller sections, rather than 1 big section on each side that I'm used to, and I think that works a bit better. Of course, no idea yet how durable they will be, but they feel solid, not flimsy. After 3 rides, about 7 hours total wearing them, I really like them. The fit is good and the gripper elastic around the legs works.
