The top has a solid unajustable elastic band which i do not prefer, and the top elastic of the bottoms was digging into my sides too much. I have the band on the top at the loosest hook, and it is fairly tight. This suit fits me perfectly, i am feeling much more confident about being in a suit! ** I also bought the red top with blue polka dot bottoms in a M, and it was a bit more snug. Love this suit! My short story - bought size M, I am 5'2", 122lbs, 36C, 6 week postpartum via vertical C-section - I have been suit-searching for a few weeks for something to cover my vertical scar from belly button to pubis bone (had an in utero surgery 3 months ago. Not as comfortable and fitting. ) I have not worn it in the water yet, but it fits snug and not uncomfortably tight.

Shoe compartment is large enough for a pair of dress shoes or tennis shoes. The side pocket is fuzzy on the inside which is a nice touch. I have used the bag for the gym and for an overnight bag. Love this bag! Well made metal buckles for the shoulder strap.

Sits well on the hips and feels good on the back. I’m able to fit my quilt, hammock, and tarp with plenty of space in the bottom pouch, the upper section can hold everything else I need and more. The weight is comparable to the REI or Osprey UL packs. Surprising lightweight. So at this price, and with the lifetime warranty they offer, there’s no reason it isn’t a 5 star item!. WAY more room in the bag than I expected.

Works great for calf muscle relief

I rolled the calf, and after a few minutes, I felt relief. I repeated this every 20 minutes until the calf muscle felt better. My calf muscle was tight, as if I had a permanent "charlie horse".
