Currently because of everything goin on right now in the back pouch I keep charmin wipes(not necessarily that brand), hand sanitizing wipes, clorox wipe, and a clear zipper pouch(ziplock brand) that holds all my little things like peppermint, salt & pepper packs, travel bottle of mouthwash, halls, tiny sewing kit, and other little odds and ends i don't want getting lost in my purse. The front pouch I keep my wallet and a small travel size hand lotion. And when I take it I keep my Samsung Tablet in the front pouch, though I do move the lotion to the back when I do. I've also put my 32oz water bottle in the front(not when my tablet is in there). In the small pocket I keep a pocket pack of Kleenex. Currently I don't have anything in the larger pocket, that is were I keep my iPod when I take it with me (for size purposes, my iPod with its case on is the same with as my phone with a case as far as width, it is an inch short, but it fits perfectly.

I normally do a set of 10 holding each position for 5 seconds before rolling back to the starting position. I find it works best when your thumb is in line with the rest of your fingers(it appears that's how it was designed) but I have gripped it as I would any normal handle so I believe either way you feel comfortable would be fine. Great tool I've added to my exercise regime.
