The only thing I would say is that if you have a smaller waist, you may need a custom size. However, I recently ran and trained for a virtual half marathon. The belt is stretchy material, so it doesn't dig. This was my first half marathon, and my first time training for this long of a race, so I knew I would need fuel and hydration during it. I found this online and honestly it served me well. I have a 27in natural waist and I had the belt pulled as tight as I could to start (the adjusters did move a little and loosen it), so someone with a significantly smaller waist may need a different option. Definitely well-made and quality materials. The pouch fit my iPhone 8 and a sandwich bag with crackers (I can't tolerate gels), and there are multiple smaller pockets inside to organize things if needed.
A bit too small though and you basically can fit very little into it. Bought this for a snowboarding vacation. Great buy, held on, was able to hydrate during the day. The mouth piece and part of the tube outside of the bag froze in high altitudes or when it was cold but that was bound to happen.

I'm honestly so impressed and pleased. I've seen totes like this go for upwards 40$. So to find a set for 26 seemed to good to be true. They hold their shape without being hard or feeling cheap. And it wasn't. The bags are a beautiful color with gold hardware making the bag look way more expensive than they were.
