I'm a fan!. The battery life is beyond what is advertised, the quality of the brush is outstanding, and while I winced at paying this much for a toothbrush I can honestly say I'm glad I did so far because I can literally feel my healthier teeth. I had some AA battery electrical (disposable) toothbrushes in the past and really liked how they cleaned my teeth well. I've never had a toothbrush make my teeth and fums feel this clean. I bought my wife one of these (the 6100 model - for what it's worth I can't tell the difference really between the 5100 and 6100 except the color option we wanted) as a present because she wanted to have the timer-focus on each section of her mouth. I do wish it had a larger brush-head for cleaning my tongue and it's not the brush to take on a camping trip, but this DOES come with a carrying case. It was a hit! She raved about the clean feeling enough that I too purchased one (the 5100 for me). And you really CAN tell the difference.
Had to remove the pads on the inside becuase they are just useless but they are not needed anyway. Love them. Very comfy bras, bought to use for breast feeding.
