Not sure how accurate the lbs are labeled on each band, but it's probably close enough. And they have quite the warranty on them so it's definitely worth the low cost. Ok, I'd still like to go to the gym, but these really are a great substitute while stuck without real weights. Already told a few people to get these!. Super happy with these! I was tired of my normal workout at home (thanks to covid) and I've never been really into bands, just weights. But now I look forward to my workouts and these are perfect and great quality.
