I'm 6' 225 pounds and it fits me with the straps all the way extended. I wouldn't have used it anyway. Very nice pack. I like the chest strap as it slides up and down to adjust. I cut the waist strap off. Doesn't seem very waterproof but haven't tested it yet. I don't think it would have sat at my waist anyway. Love the size.

It's big, and roomey, there's two pockets inside in either side for your mouse/mice, or whatever. There's metal or something at the top, by the zipper to keep your bag open well, idk I've never seen a bag have that detail & there's a inside pocket to hide the cord, Its a charger /adapter dealo. One for your laptop the other for a tablet it smaller computer. I havent messed with it yet, but you can take it out and insiert it back in, real easy and out of the way. It's comfortable to wear and has a lot of room.
Just received these this weekend. They are seemingly a top quality athletic short and feel well made. Initially highly recommend for the athletes out there (great for XFit). Truth be told they rival the best of my name brand gym shorts at half the cost. Wore them to workout in and talk about perfect fit and comfort. Going to put them through the ringer and see how they hold up over the next few weeks. I may purchase these from now on over others if they prove durable.
After reading about 'blasting your fascia', it seemed to make sense but I did not want to pay $100 for a roller. I travel and sometimes my back hurts and I though this would be good to pack. I was right - it packs well and it was really helpful to roll out the stiffness from sitting in too many meetings or at the computer. I used it on my back, arms, legs. I found 18" a little too short so bought another one from a different manufacturer and I was right that extra 2" really helped. Like all rollers, it will cause light bruising but that is a sign you are working it well. I wish it came in a 20" size.
