Only negative is there is no waist strap, but I knew that when it as purchased. The shoulder straps are very comfortable and there is a chest strap. Was lightweight yet very roomy inside with several interior pockets that came in handy. Folds into it's own pouch for storage until next use. Needed something to hold extra jacket, shoes, water bottles and other daily essentials. Worked out great.
I highly recommend. I'm short and these are comfortable they do not leave marks on the back of my legs. I wear for my roller skating class and they feel great.
