All in all a perfect buy!!!

Material seems premium. Its not the end all be all so make sure you still do your PT exercises. But it does give you that boost you need for those extra reps. This thing is great. Not very breathable but I’m not a good judge of body temp I’m always lava hot. The material is comfy though. No chaffing so far. After two shoulder surgeries i have trouble lifting weights. This adds some extra stability.
