TLDR version: I doubt I'll buy any other brand of pack again. I bought one of these for myself a few years back and love it. I use it with a 3L bladder for longer day hikes, but the 2L bladder obviously works just fine. Even with the 3L bladder, I'm able to fit a 500 yard roll of paracord, a change of socks, my rain jacket, a 32-oz Nalgene bottle for my dog, several granola bars/snacks, and some first aid supplies in the bag comfortably. I also bought the TETON Scout 3400 internal frame backpack for my overnight trips, and have been similarly impressed. About 2 months ago, the seam started to rip at the top of my bag. I've been so impressed with my packs and the customer service that I just bought the Oasis 1100 for my wife so she has a true daypack for our hikes rather than the drawstring pack she's been using, and I have no doubt that this one will serve us just as well as my other 2 TETON packs. I sent some pictures to TETON to ask what could be done, and they sent me a replacement pack at no charge. They didn't try to weasel out of the warranty like some companies have in the past, and the replacement pack got here quickly, so all in all a flawless customer service experience.
