When practicing the flat barbell bench press and the incline barbell bench press, keep your repetitions at 8-10 reps, and when practicing the dumbbell fly, control the repetitions for each set to 10-12 reps.
The best number of training groups for each training action is 2-3 groups. Increasing or decreasing the number of training sets will not produce the best results.
For compound exercises such as flat barbell bench press, the best rest time between sets is 1 minute. When you start to train your chest, do compound exercise training first, then bird training (the rest time between sets should be 45 seconds), and finally push-up training (the rest time between sets is 30 seconds).

Training frequency

According to your current dissociative training mode, you can train up to 2-3 times a week to make sure you rest for at least 1 day between two chest training sessions. If you are using the upper body/lower body separation training mode, then add the following chest training plan to the upper body training day.

Training Plan A
Flat barbell bench press-medium grip, 3 sets, 8 repetitions in each set, 1 minute rest between sets
Ascending the rope flying bird: 2 sets, each set 10 repetitions, 45 seconds rest between sets
2 sets of push-ups, 15 repetitions for each set, 30 seconds rest between sets
Training Plan B
Incline barbell bench press: medium grip, 3 sets, 10 repetitions for each set, 1 minute rest between sets
Flat Dumbbell Flying Bird: 2 sets, 21 repetitions for each set, 45 seconds rest between sets
Foot lift push-ups: 2 sets, 15 repetitions in each set, rest for 30 seconds between sets
Many people still have no significant increase in the dimensions of their chest muscles after training for a long time. This is undoubtedly a blow to those who train for the chest. Novices should first choose the corresponding exercise plan and take the training actions of each part of the chest muscle training. All arrangements are well arranged, do not do too many training sets at the beginning, so as not to cause the problem of overtraining.

I got the large grey bag and it’s perfect! I have ample space for my items and with two large areas I am able to use the other side for my toddlers items. The side bottle holders are able to hold his contigo water bottle super easily. The strap is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I’m hoping it holds out for a long time but thankfully it’s inexpensive so i can always get another if needed. I am so happy with this bag.

Too cost-effective! Every mom must have

I bought this for a 3 day trip across country. It's during summer so my clothes will be thinner light clothes. So right now there's 2 tops a skirt and a thin pair of shorts in it and IT'S BARELY full! And it's so sleek. The black and white stripes and "leather" straps. We'll see how it goes on an airplane though ??. I think I'll use it as a regular over sized purse also. I always end up with a ton of random things from my kids. This is seriously ADORABLE.
