I bought this belt to exercise my loosen belly since it is too hard for me to get it done in normal exercise. You can select a deferent motion intensity to fit your need, but I select the highest intensity usually. I can see my belly shaking when it starts. Just to get an idea I’m 5’1, 130lbs, and 36D cup. I will definitely be ordering more colors. OMG I absolutely love this swimsuit. I honestly think I could of done ok with a small but I’m not complaining. Can’t go wrong. I was a little apprehensive to order a swimsuit online however I did not regret my decision. Fits perfectly! I ordered a size medium.

I am going to tell you step by step what I thought

I thought it was quick and effortless. The fan on the system also turns on once your skin color has been approved. You place the device head against your skin and it beeps, then you can press the flash button on top. In some areas you can not feel it at all, unless the device has been on for a while. This is going to be a message in several parts. but it has been 10 days since my initial treatment and the hair is already growing in way slower and not as thick. You simply place your forearm over the sensor and then the light turns green and beeps. I received this device and could not wait to try it out. The first place I started was my bikini line. In hind sight, I would have started with my leg. I have pretty sensitive skin and was pretty nervous as to what to expect. I had done my research and this is the best product on the market. You can actual hold down the flash button and as long as the scensor head stays in contact with skin, it will deliver a flash every 2 seconds. Pretty quick actually. The initial flash kinda caught me by surprise. So here is how treatment one went. It does get hotter as you go. But in sensitive areas, the hot flash is noticeable. It did my first treatment in the lowest setting since I was nervous about the flash feeling. I will continue to do treatments every two weeks and let you know. It does say as little as 3 treatments are necessary to see permanent results. I can say that I feel my hair grows quickly and sometimes almost as soon as I get goose bumps again. . . . the device is easy to assemble, straight from the box you just plug in the cord into the device.

Extremely comfortable and secure holding exactly the amount of fluids that I need. My only personal issue is that because my LG G4 phone fits exactly, there is no room to connect my headphone jack.
