If you are the same I would recommend a Medium. Although the suit had almost a 5 star rating and the reviews were more positive than negative I was still skeptical. Tried it on and it fits great! The bottoms were a tad to tight but a large would have been to big. I am a weird in between Medium and Large on the bottom so I'm faulting the bathing suit. My measurements: 5'5 140lbs; 32/34, 29, 39.
