I wear a small to Medium is regular workout pants but since these are compression style and fit tighter I go with the Medium. I am 5'5" and 135 lbs. The length is great because most full length workout pants are more like floods but these would be long on anyone shorter then 5'5" and perfect for my height up to I would say 5'9". Curvy with a small waist. If your thicker in the middle you may want to size up but these are slightly high wasted so wouldn't be to bad just very snug. And if you already have the capri length these are just a tad smaller but not much.
The best knee pads I've had and I've bought several different types/brands. I've had no further problems with the knee pads and use them nearly every day. One of the riveted hooks broke off within the first week of use. I drilled a hole through where the hook was and added a small bolt and nut.
