I purchased this "pilates-type" bar and DVD kit a year ago and still use it at least twice per week. I like this kit for 3 reasons:1. The bar and straps allow you to use your arms to support your leg lifts. This is very helpful in the beginning if you are not strong enough to lift your legs from a prone position. As you get stronger, you can adjust the distance between your legs and the bar. I wish they all offered a "no music - just instructions" option. 2. You exercise both your legs, stomach, and arms at the same time. Very efficient. 3.
