It came with a well-made carrying case as an added bonus. Wish it could have a lower power intensity option though. Updates: took some to get used to the intensity. Husband likes to use it on his arm/leg muscles, especially right after intense workout. I also use it sometimes to ease my neck/shoulder pain. Feels fine to me now. Looking for a perfect gift at a reasonable price for men is hard! ! This is one of the cheapest options available among similar products.

Have not used bluetooth feature. Timer is different than what I'm used to. . this vibrates after every 30 seconds and slightly longer for 2 mins, whereas the old toothbrush only vibrates at 2 mins. Works very well. first use or two the bristles are very stiff/hard, though after that they do begin to soften some. .
