Ok so I was ver skeptical about getting this but I'm glad I did so I've had this for 5 days now it's very comfortable one size fits all due to the fact that it is 100% velcro adjustable I've heard some of these tend be itchy and uncomfortable but I wear this under my clothes all day with no issues its soft and has a little give so you dont really feel as constrained but I can already see a difference in my posture I dont slouch as much definitely does as it claims I would recommend it to anyone! ! !
