This is a nice size duffle bag. Sturdy. However, I should have paid attention to the dimensions. I need a smaller duffle in which I can carry my necessities to work. More like 10" or 12" as opposed to 17"+. Great for travel or gym.
I'm very pleased to say these are doing the job. I got this along with a steamer and they definitely go hand in hand. It does get a bit hot after a few mins which they disclaim but nothing painful. I noticed immediate results around the my eye in puffiness and discoloration. Pulled out about 80% of the white heads, dead skin, and oil I currently had on my face but for the most stubborn black heads, by the next day, they were ready. My nose is smooth af! I was also looking at the LED mask but I didnt want to bombard myself with gadgets so i figured let me try this and the steamer first and see how much these can cover first.
Only issue it the band loosens during heavy workouts. The touchscreen through the band actually works, the thin layer of plastic works well. Perfect phone holder for working out. I tried other phone bands in the past but this one by far is one of the best I've purchased.

Ok so at first it felt quite weird. . Easy to use as you just place it on your body and because it’s wireless you can still move around. . love it’s so thin as I can wear it without anyone noticing it under my clothes. . It runs on a 20min cycle at a time with different strengths. . Definitely feel it’s doing something as could feel the tenseness it created. . Definitely a good buy for anyone who needs that little extra help maintaining their body although you’d still need a good diet and some exercise. As for pain relief it would work perfect. .
