Cute and durable bag, great for work or going anywhere, love the side strap for versatility and love all the pouches it comes with both inside and out. Other than this though the bag has been great so far for the last 1-2 months I've had it. Feels like it was made well, holds my textbooks fine. The only thing I dislike is the width of the main opening of the bag on top- it is pretty narrow/not very wide. Everything else is perfect. Sometimes you have to squeeze things in to cram them through the space. For example a folder or my laptop, it takes some wiggling around to barley get it through, which is inconvenient at best.
However I would recommend to the seller to look into making the product more breathable if possible, I put these over my work pants so ventilation is slim, leading my knees to sweat, causing my pants/knee pads to stink over time. I work as a replenishment specialist so basically I am on my knees a-lot stocking shelves etc so I wanted to protect my knees from all of that concrete flooring i was constantly kneeling on so i looked on JChlw and bought these. KNEE SWEAT i didn't even know that was a thing until now but oh well, other than that i def recommend this product. I had a problem with one of the strap fasteners breaking so i contacted the seller and they had a new pair sent out to me right away with no questions asked, it turned out i actually had received a bad batch of knee pads so you shouldn't have to worry about that. I know right. . the new pair has been working flawless and is comfortable.
