I was worried about the pants being baggy around the waist or falling down so that is why I ordered a M instead of L, but now I see that the L will most likely fit perfectly. I like how they aren't low rise so they go up over my stomach and make my stomach flat but the seam on the top of the waistband is SO tight that it is digging into me, leaving marks and hurts quite a bit. It also gives an unflattering look since the waistband makes my skin hang over the top a little. I wouldn't be able to exercise in these without being in pain from the top of the waistband. I'm returning the M for a L and I'm sure I'm going to love it with the waistband a little looser. They really do run small like others have said. I'll update when I receive the L pair!. I am 5'7", 130 lbs and got a size M.
