I am 125-129lbs, 5'4, tiny chest, big bottom, and the small top fit better and the medium bottoms fit better so I went with the medium because the small bottoms were j too tight. I don't do exercise so my body has no muscle. I ordered a small and a medium and ended up keeping the medium.
