Well my replacement arrived on the 5/5/17 and today was the first time that i have been able to try it. I think that the seller has made improvements to the product, and I like this one. I saltwater fish and kayak daily, for me the action is great its compact when closed for easy storage. I would recommend this to all that love to fish, as well as my friends and family. I personally wouldn’t wear these to the gym or out in public. Overall I really like these workout pants. I was hoping for something that would make me sweat a little more on my lower body to help reduce the size of my legs but they’re good enough. But before you decide what size to buy, think about where you carry your weight. The more toned you are, the less revealing these will look. I’m 5’7” and 130 pounds. They require care to get in and out of. I ordered a medium based on the size guide and they fit pretty well but they are very tight. They aren’t see-through but they are thinner than most workout pants and I don’t feel comfortable walking around wearing what are effectively opaque pantyhose. They’re supposed to be. If you’re not so toned especially in the booty, these will offer a free show to anyone who sees you wearing them. I carry most of my weight on my lower body which means I don’t have a lot of excess weight on my belly. If you are someone who might be the same height and weight as me but you have skinny legs and a tummy, they’re going to squeeze you to death on your stomach and probably be loose on your legs so these might not be right for your body type. If I went up a size, there would be no compression effect so even though I have to shimmy them over my hips, this is the best size for me. But if you want to try them and you carry your weight on your stomach, go up a size because they will hurt like heck. If you have wide hips/booty like I do, you can’t put these on like normal workout pants. Some people might be fine with it though. You need to keep your knees close together to pull them on over your hips. So if you’re a skinny girl with perfectly toned legs and glutes, these will look great on you. You have to put them on like you would pantyhose. But they are decent compression leggings. Don’t try to force them. I’ll probably be looking for something a little more substantial to help compress my lower body though. I don’t know if they’ll rip but don’t take the chance. You will likely pop a couple of stitches in the waistband getting them on over your hips the first couple of times.
