Excited to add these to my daily workouts!. The knee pad is a key and often not remembered part! The workout videos are also awesome! It is so helpful to have the videos to use along with each movement. I used it for about 10 minutes today, with the push up bars, and INSTANTLY felt the difference using the tools.
