I've been using it 2x a week for almost 4 weeks now like it advised. I have dark coarse hair and medium tone white skin. I also have gone to some laser hair removal places before in the past, so I am used to it. I first tried level 2 to test it out and to see if there was a reaction. All good. So the next time I went straight to level 5. I'm going to enter the 5th week soon, which instructions advised to do it once a week after the first 4 weeks. Not bad for the price, I am happy to say. I got this at the beginning of August and it may still be early BUT I am happy to say I started seeing results after the 3rd week.
