Along with having functional zippers the backpack is truly water resistant, comfortable, and seemingly built to last. I'm a broke college student so this seemed like a good option and I was pleasantly surprised. Normally the problem that I have with cheaper backpacks I that the sippers don't work too well, but with this backpack it is not the case. I had my last backpack for 5 years, I used it all through high school and my freshman year of college. A few weeks ago ol reliable ripped in a few different places so it was time to replace.

6 Weeks Later - Core Strength and Ab Definition!!

Now, I also do occasional ab workouts at the gym with other exercise routines, but this has been a great supplemental tool to work on my core. I would recommend to anyone. I had been pretty inactive for about 6 months, and all at the same time, I started eating healthy, working out 4-5 times per week, and incorporating home ab workouts with the Ab Carver Pro. especially if you're tired of doing sit-ups!. I've used it about 3-4 times per week for the past 6 weeks and I have noticed a drastic improvement in my core strength and ab definition.
