Wanting skinny legs is not as easy as you think, how do you do it? Follow the editor to look down.
Why are your legs so thick?
There are many reasons for thick legs. Poor posture, gait, and incorrect movements during training, such as standing on tiptoes when walking, always wearing high heels, squatting without using hip joints, etc., may all be stumbling blocks on your skinny legs. However, specific problems need to be analyzed in detail. Everyone has different leg shapes, and the reasons for thick legs are also different.
1 "Fatty legs": Many people who do not like to exercise or who have never exercised since childhood, especially women who are not too heavy, usually have this type of thick hind legs in adults. Its causes are very simple, mainly laziness and lack of exercise, and a poor diet, which leads to excessive fat accumulation in the legs.
2 "Muscle legs": refers to legs with low sebum thickness or normal sebum, but with high muscle mass. Generally, it appears only in people who have been exercising systematically for many years (emphasis added! Many self-righteous muscular legs are really not muscular legs!). It is a very healthy leg shape.
3 "Mixed legs": Most obese people with heavier weight are "mixed legs". Because of their large weight, the lower limbs bear a greater load in daily life, so the leg muscles will be adaptively thickened to carry the excess weight. The lower body is really working hard for the happiness of the upper body; there is another possibility, which is the "compensatory thickening" of the legs, that is, you may have flat feet or collapsed arches.
After exercise, massage is very important. Massaging the calf can also help relax the tight muscles of the calf, allowing the metabolites in the muscles to be discharged more quickly. And can promote the microcirculation of the legs, eliminate edema, promote the burning of fat in the calves, and receive the effect of reducing the muscles of the legs. Use massage cream when massage, pinch the muscles on the calf with both hands, squeeze the massage from the middle up and down on both sides, and then use your fingers to press and rub firmly on the areas with more subcutaneous fat and around the knees. From the ankle to the knee, twist the muscles on the calf like a rag, and massage each leg for 3 minutes.
1. Step on your heels on the threshold, sink back vigorously, tighten your legs, lift your hips, and straighten your knees. Float the heel up and down 4 times, stay for 10-15 seconds and then practice repeatedly.
2. Hold the backrest of the sofa with both hands, sink your right heel until it is close to the ground, bend your left leg to an arch, retract your hips forward, your back is vertical, and your shoulders are straight.
3. Sit on the sofa, bend the left knee joint, hold the heel with the left hand, and straighten the spine at the same time, straighten the knee joint of the left leg and extend upward.
4. With your feet in a big T-step, lift your left leg and lift the heel off the ground, draw in your abdomen, and touch the knee joint of your right leg with the small toe of your left leg. At the same time, open the knee joint of your left leg and do an extension.
When the arm strength becomes stronger, the upper limbs of a person will be more powerful. To practice arm strength, master the exercise skills and methods is the most important thing. From the point of view of the composition of the arm, the forearm, biceps, and triceps are the most important. Four parts of the head and deltoid muscles. People with large arms usually exercise these four muscles well.23719780

It was comfortable and it toned my inner thighs as I expected. I bought it ti use at work as i work sitting down.
I wanted to have a backpack to carry my camera and water, etc for hikes and sightseeing while in Europe, but didn't want to add a full bulky "backpack" to my two carry-on bags. So I tried this out and couldn't be happier. Compact and barely took up any space in my regular carry-on luggage. But when opened and expanded had plenty of space for everything I wanted to carry while sightseeing and hiking. Very light so adds minimal weight other than what you put inside. Not much support structure, but once you learn how to pack it, like jacket or softer items against your back, it was very comfortable and did the job perfectly. Highly recommended for simple backpack needs. Not for serious overnight backpackers, just day use, in my opinion. Worked perfectly when I was at the beach and needed a bag to carry my towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, book, etc.
has pockets on the side which you can fit alot in and a pocket on the front definitely what I needed and happy with my purchase, I would recommend to anyone looking for a gym bag or even a carry on. Absolutely a perfect bag for the gym. .

There are a number of reasons why I love JChlw products, especially their Baitcaster reels. Ease of use is foremost! It's simple to swap out lines, keep the bearings oils and to keep it clean. Moreover, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! They earned a client for life. Moreover, their braking system is simple and lets you truly dial in and fine tune the reel to your casting style. I own one of each of their Baitcasters, a few of the "higher end competitors" as well, and I would put their up against any of the other popular brand names I currently own.
